I understand that the total investment for opening a La Costa Café and Lounge franchise is between $80,000 and $150,000, with a 3-payment plan outlined as follows:

• First Payment: $35,000 (Upon Signing Agreement)

• Second Payment: $25,000 (Upon Lease Agreement or Location Secured)

• Final Payment: $20,000 - $50,000 (30 Days Before Opening)
