From birthdays to corporate events, Taíno Móvil rolls up with more than just amazing Puerto Rican flavors — we bring the food, the music, and the vibes! No setup, no stress… just good times, full plates, and happy guests. Book us now and turn your event into a Caribbean celebration! Taíno Móvil Catering & Events Bring the flavor, the music, and the Caribbean vibes straight to your event with Taíno Móvil! We handle everything - from setup to serving - so you can enjoy your special day stress-free. Perfect for birthdays, weddings, corporate events, and community gatherings. Catering Packages * Minimum Booking Fee: $1,500 (up to 40 guests) * Additional Guests: $30 each * Duration: 4 hours serving time (plus setup & teardown) * Travel Fee: $2-$3 per mile after first 15 miles * Deposit: 50% to secure your date Menu Includes: - Mofongo - Skirt Steak - Chicken Breast in Garlic Cream Sauce - Arroz con Gandules - Side Salad - Sorullos - Queso Frito - Tostones - Signature Coffees Plus: Live Caribbean music vibes to make your event unforgettable!
Cancellation Policy
We understand that plans can change. To protect both your event and our business, the following cancellation terms apply: Deposit A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your event date. Cancellations 14+ days before event: Deposit is retained, but no further payment required. 7–13 days before event: 75% of total event cost will be charged. 0–6 days before event: 100% of total event cost will be charged. Rescheduling You may reschedule your event once at no extra charge if notice is given at least 14 days prior to your original date. New date must be within 6 months, subject to availability. Weather & Force Majeure For outdoor events, we recommend having a backup indoor location. In cases of severe weather, natural disasters, or other events beyond our control, we will work with you to reschedule without penalty. Guest Count Changes Final guest count must be confirmed 7 days prior to event. Additional guests added after this time may incur extra charges.
